2 cups granulated sugar |
1 cup water |
7 ounces marshmallow cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. In a large heavy saucepan, combine the sugar and water.cook over medium heat without stirring until a candy thermometer reads 259*. 2. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow cream, vanilla and pecans. 3. Continue stirring until candy cools and begins to hold its shape. 4.
