Ok, if God would please tell me when I am kicking the bucket. This would be my last treat! I love gooey caramel, Marshmallows & rice krispies. When I want to really induldge I chocolate coat these, usually for a party or a get together along with chocolate covered-liquor filled strawberries. Ingredients:
1 stick margarine |
15 pieces of caramels (i try to use a really good brand, soft and creamy) |
1 can condensed milk |
1 bag large. marshmallows (freeze) |
rice krispies cereal (i just pour cereal into a big bowl to coat) |
Directions:
1. Put the margarine, caramels, condensed milk in a pan and heat until margarine and caramels are melted. 2. Dip the marshmallows into the mixture. 3. With a long utensil of sort. I do not remove all the marshmallows at one time. I do maybe 6 at one time. 4. Roll in Rice Krispies (pack the krispies on well). 5. Then refrigerate. I repeat process until all the marshmallows are gone 6. Set on wax paper to cool. Place in refrigerator. 7. It is only a few ingredients and a little work but it is sooooo good! 8. Melt chocolate if you wish and dip partially. These end up being somewhat big balls. so I only dip half or so. sometimes I just drizzle. 9. Enjoy! 10. Can you stop at one? |
