MARSHMALLOW BUTTERSCOTCH CHOCOLATE FUDGE This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Brooks Estate in Richardson, Texas in 2006. Ingredients:
2 cups packed brown sugar |
1 cup granulated sugar |
1 cup evaporated milk |
1/2 cup butter or margarine |
1 jar marshmallow crème |
6 ounce package butterscotch morsels |
6 ounce package chocolate morsels |
1 cup walnuts |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan. 2. Boil 15 minutes at moderate heat stirring occasionally. 3. Remove from heat and add next 3 ingredients. 4. Stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth then add walnuts and vanilla. 5. Pour into a greased 9” square pan. |
