Who could pass up these beauties? Ingredients:
8 oz butter |
5 oz chocolate (any kind or a mixture) |
2 oz cocoa |
5 oz plain flour |
18 oz caster sugar |
5 eggs, beaten |
5 oz marshmallows, chopped |
Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 375F. 2. Line a 12in square pan with baking parchment. 3. Melt the butter and the chocolate together very gently. 4. When melted, take off heat. 5. Mix the cocoa with the flour and sugar. 6. Mi this mixture into the butter and chocolate. 7. Mix in the eggs and fold in the marshmallows. 8. Turn the brownie mixture into the pan. 9. Bake until the surface has set, about 20 minutes. 10. Cool and slice. 11. *For Rocky Road Brownies add a handful of your favorite nuts. |
