Mars Bar Chocolate Muffins |

A chocolate muffin with Mars Bars added. A double hit for all chocoholics! Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
4 tbsp cocoa powder |
2 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/2 tsp salt |
dash of cinnamon |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup veg oil |
1 egg slightly beaten |
1 or 2 mars bars, cut into small, bite-sized chunks |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F / 170C / Gas Mark 4 2. Line muffin tin with cupcake papers, or oil and flour. 3. Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl (mix together with a wisk). 4. Add milk, oil and egg. Mix with spoon until dry ingredients are moist.. 5. Stir in Mars Bar chunks. 6. Fill cups to top. 7. Bake for 20 minutes. (Do not open oven door for the first 10 minutes.) 8. Let cool in pan for a few minutes, then transfer to cooling rack. |
