1 cut-up broiler-fryer chicken |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup or 1 (10 ounce) can mushroom soup |
1/2 cup water |
1 onion, sliced |
1 cup celery, sliced |
spices (i like celery salt, garlic, thyme or basil, and pepper) |
Directions:
1. Stir into a casserole dish or crockpot (in order as listed). Bake at 350* for 1 hour or in a crockpot for 5-8 hours. Debone and serve over rice. |
