Found on the internet, description says you can substitute chicken breasts or chicken parts, skinned or skinless.
Ingredients:
1 frying chicken, skinned and cut in quarters
1 lemon, juice of
1 tablespoon crushed coriander
1 tablespoon dried oregano
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup green olives
1/2 cup olive oil
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. Sprinkle and distribute chicken with salt and arrange in baking pan.
2. Sprinkle and distribute with lemon juice, coriander, oregano, garlic, and olives.
3. Pour olive oil over it. Cover with lemon slices and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
4. Serve over couscous.
