Ingredients:
1 box(es) butter cake mix |
1/2 c vegetable oil |
4 eggs |
1small can mandarin oranges juice included |
1sm instant pudding vanilla |
8 oz whipped topping light |
1lg can crushed pineapple juice included |
Directions:
1. Mix dry cake mix with oil , eggs and oranges (the recipe just say mix the ingredients together but I did what the box said and beat it for 2 min till it was nice and fluffy. Pour into 3- 9 layer cake pans greased and floured 2. Bake 325 for 25 -30 3. To make filling and icing 4. Sprinkle the pudding mix over the crushed pineapple in a bowl . Fold in the whipped topping. Mix gently . Spread between layers and all over the outside of cake after cake has cooled. Refrigerate. Cake is best when chilled overnight 5. It also freezes well |
