I got this recipe from a school function that Marla brought the meatloaf to. It is awesome and easy to make. Ingredients:
1 cup breadcrumbs (i use italian style) |
1/2 cup milk |
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 egg |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons instant minced onion |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup catsup |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix together Loaf ingredients.Set aside. 2. Mix together Sauce ingredients. 3. Mix 1/2 of sauce into the Loaf. 4. Pat loaf into a 9x9 glass dish. 5. Pour rest of sauce over loaf. 6. Bake at 400* for 45 minutes or until done. |
