Whole-grain granola! Ingredients:
11 cups rolled oats |
2/3 cup olive oil |
2/3 cup sliced almonds |
2/3 cup honey |
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract |
2 tablespoons cinnamon |
16 tablespoons coconut, 1 cup unsweetened |
1/2 cup wheat germ |
1/2 cup wheat bran |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds |
1/4 cup flax seeds |
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses |
1 cup raisins |
1 cup craisins |
1/2 cup dried cherries |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. In separate glass measuring cup, warm honey, molasses, and oil for 45 seconds. Pour over dry ingredients. 3. Bake at 300 in a sprayed pan, stirring every 10-15 minutes, for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown. |
