70 g curry paste |
1 med onion |
400 g tomato |
25 g coconut meat, dried (desiccated), not sweetened |
25 ml cream, fluid, half and half |
Directions:
1. brown chicken off 2. add curry paste and onions qucik fry until onions soften 3. add tomatoes and coconut and simmer for 30 minutes 4. add the drizzel of cream 5. serve with curry rice and poppadoms |
