Ingredients:
1/3 cup champagne vinegar |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 shallot, finely chopped |
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped |
2/3 cup grape-seed oil |
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. 1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Let stand for 30 minutes. 2. 2. Slowly add the grape-seed oil to the mixture in a steady stream while whisking vigorously. 3. 3. Season with the salt and pepper. 4. Note: If you're short on time, you can substitute baby carrots and ranch dressing for the salad. |
