This is the marinade that my mom always used when marinating meat for shish kabobs. It's SO good! Ingredients:
1/2 cup salad oil |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
2 lbs meat |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except the meat in a large zippable bag. 2. Cut the meat into 1 to 1 1/2 inch chunks and add to bag. 3. Knead the marinade into the meat and let sit in the refirgerator 1 to 3 hours - I usually let it sit overnight. |
