These are great, and very, very easy! Ingredients:
1 bunch broccoli, washed and cut into spears |
1 cauliflower, washed and cut into bite-size pieces |
1 bag baby carrots |
1 red pepper, cut into bite size pieces |
4 stalks celery, cut into chunks |
1 cup cherry tomatoes |
1 bottle italian dressing (i use kraft) |
Directions:
1. Place veggies in a large bowl and pour the dressing over it. 2. Mix well. 3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 4. Drain and serve. |
