Marinated Vegetable Stir Fry

My family loves this! I usually serve this with grilled or baked chicken or fish. Can also be prepared on the grill, just wrap in foil and toss it on!
Ingredients:
2 cartons small button mushrooms
3 bell peppers, 1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow
1 lage red onion
1 1/2 tsp bottled minced garlic
1 bottle zesty italian salad dressing
Directions:
1. Wipe mushrooms clean and cut into halves.
2. Halve and seed peppers, and cut one half of each pepper into strips. (feel free to use all the pepper if you want!)
3. Cut onion into 8 wedges.
4. Put vegetables, garlic and salad dressing into ziploc bag, toss to coat, and place in refrigerator for 30 mins.
5. Strain vegetables and stir fry in hot wok or skillet about 15-20 minutes.
