Marinated Tuna Salad and Baked Potato |

Healthy tuna salad, two servings from one tin of tuna. Balance the protein with a baked potato. Add chili flakes or tabasco to spice it up. Ingredients:
130 g tuna |
1 red onion |
2 garlic cloves |
4 tbsp red wine vinegar |
1 tbsp olive oil |
2 potatoes |
Directions:
1. Finely dice onion and garlic. 2. Mix in bowl with drained tuna, vinegar and oil. 3. Leave to marinate in fridge for 4 hours or overnight. 4. Serve on a baked potato, seasoned with black pepper. |
