Marinated Tuna Salad and Baked Potato

Healthy tuna salad, two servings from one tin of tuna. Balance the protein with a baked potato. Add chili flakes or tabasco to spice it up.
Ingredients:
130 g tuna
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
2 potatoes
Directions:
1. Finely dice onion and garlic.
2. Mix in bowl with drained tuna, vinegar and oil.
3. Leave to marinate in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
4. Serve on a baked potato, seasoned with black pepper.
