Fat content is probably less than calculated, since not all the marinade stays on the fish. Ingredients:
1/2 tsp garlic |
6 tbsp olive oil |
1 tsp basil leaves |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp pepper |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
1 tsp parsley, dried |
1 2/5 lb tilapia fillets |
Directions:
1. Combine first seven ingredients for marinade. Place fish fillets in zip-lock bag; pour marinade over fish, seal bag, and distribute marinade evenly. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour, turning occasionally. 2. Cook on outdoor grill until fish flakes with a fork (about 5 minutes per side), or bake in oven. |
