Found in Weight Watchers Magazine. This could be a salad,desert, appetizer. Amazing black pepper and lime. Good combination. Ingredients:
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice |
2 tbsp. honey |
1/2 tsp. olive oil |
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper |
1 quart of strawberries, cut into thick slices. |
grated lime rind |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients, stir with a wire whisk. Add strawberry slices and toss. Cover and chill, if desired. Sprinkle with lime rind. Yield 4 servings. (serving size about 3/4 cup) 2. points per serving 1 3. cal 93 4. diabetic exchanges 1-1/2 5. fat 1.1.g |
