Great dinner for a hot nights. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs london broil beef |
1 lb red potatoes, boiled and cut into quarters |
1 medium purple onion, sliced |
3 scallions, sliced |
1 head butter lettuce, torn |
1 cup olive oil |
1/3 cup red wine vinegar |
6 garlic cloves, crushed |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1/2 cup red wine |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste |
4 garlic cloves, chopped |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate meat overnight. 2. Broil or grill steak for 12-15 minutes until done to your taste. 3. Cut across grain into 1 1/2 inch thin strips. 4. Combine vegetables. 5. Combine dressing ingredients. Toss with vegetables. 6. Serve steak over salad. |
