Ingredients:
2 bunches spinach |
2 cloves garlic |
1/3 cup olive oil |
2 lemons, juiced |
2 tablespoons nama shoyu |
Directions:
1. Wash and dry spinach. 2. Place garlic in food processor and process until chopped well. 3. Process remaining ingredients with garlic and pour over spinach. 4. Marinate for 1 hour or more and serve. |
