Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons parsley |
1 clove garlic, minced |
pepper |
4 shark steaks, pierced with fork |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. In a shallow bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients and mix well. 3. Marinate for 30-60 minutes in refrigerator. 4. Broil steaks 4-5 inches from the heat at about 4 minutes each side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. |
