Delicious way to fix pork tenderloin on your grill. Kind of an odd combination of soy sauce and bourbon but it gives the pork a great flavor and is so moist, juicy with a great flavor. I use my Weber charcoal grill and place meet off to the side or indirect heat so you do not dry out the pork or cook it too fast. Ingredients:
1 lb pork tenderloin |
1/3 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup bourbon |
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1/8 cup water |
1/8 cup canola oil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Rinse tenderloin and pat dry. 2. Combine all ingredient in a large zip-lock plastic bag. 3. Seal and chill at least 8 hours or overnight. 4. Remove pork from marinade and discard marinade and grill. 5. over indirect heat until meat reachs an internal temperature of 150 degrees, approximately 50 minutes. |
