1 (12 ounce) can cola |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
3/4 teaspoon ground mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
6 pork loin chops with bone (3/4 inch thick) |
Directions:
1. In a 2-cup measuring cup, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Pour 1-1/2 cups into a large resealable plastic bag; add pork chops. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting. 2. Drain and discard marinade from pork. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until meat juices run clear, basting with reserved marinade. |
