Perfectly favoured olives. Can be easilyadapted to any vegetable, especially palm and artichoke hearts. Ingredients:
1 can black olives |
2-4 crushed garlic cloves (depending on taste) |
chopped fresh herbs (parlsey, oregano, basil) |
pinch hot red pepper flakes |
salt and peper |
3/4 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix in all ingredients. 2. Let sit overnight in the fridge. 3. Place at room temperature 30 minutes before serving. |
