Cook time is marinating time. Ingredients:
8 ounces black olives |
8 ounces green olives |
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
3 sprigs fresh thyme |
3 sprigs fresh rosemary |
3 sprigs fresh oregano |
4 small fresh bay leaves |
1 large garlic clove, sliced thinly |
2 lemon slices, quartered |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together, cover and set aside for 3-4 hours before serving. |
