Marinated Mushrooms

Everyone first trying will ask for the recipe
Ingredients:
1 kg closed mushrooms
1 cup (250ml) sunflower oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup plain white vinegar
3 leaves bay laurel (may be dry)
1.5 ts salt
0.5 ts milled pepper
Directions:
1. Wash very well the mushrooms, cut the stems; keep them for any mushroom meal
2. Put all the caps together will all other ingredients in a big pot
3. Boil it on midlle heat till water and vinegar evaporate
4. Put the mushrooms and the remainig oil in a jar, close it an store it cool (not in the fridge). Still perfect a cuple of weeks
5. Serve as appetizer cosidering 3-4 pcs for each person
6. When all mushrooms are eaten, use the oile for any salad dipp, sauce or dressing
