Simple but delicious. Do not refrigerate. The amount of mushrooms is left to your own discretion. Ingredients:
2 lbs mushrooms |
1 cup olive oil |
1/3 cup vinegar |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Wipe mushrooms clean. 2. Mix marinade ingredients. 3. Pour over mushrooms. 4. Let sit at least an hour. |
