This is probably one of the easiest recipes ever! The mushrooms are terrific to use when making antipasto or as a pizza topping (if you can keep everyone from tasting them long enough). Ingredients:
1 lb small whole mushroom (larger mushrooms can be halved or quartered) |
1 (16 ounce) bottle italian dressing |
salt |
Directions:
1. Place mushrooms in a pot large enough to hold them. 2. Pour dressing over mushrooms and bring to a boil. 3. Let boil for 3 or 4 minutes. 4. Cover pot and turn off the burner. 5. Let sit until cooled to room temperature. 6. Taste and add salt if needed. |
