Another of the Italian deli recipes. Ingredients:
1/2 cup red wine vinegar |
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 garlic clove (crushed) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 lb mushroom |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Mix everything and let sit overnight. 2. You may store in refrigerator, but let them warm to room temperature before eating so they don't congeal. |
