Ingredients:
1 lb button mushroom |
1 small onion, thinly sliced |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/3 cup white wine vinegar |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground mustard |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. 2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook, uncovered, for 6 minutes, stirring once. 3. Cool to room temperature. Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. 4. The flavor is really enhanced after overnight refrigeration. |
