2 slices challah |
2 teaspoons cream cheese, softened |
1 cup marinated mushrooms, drained |
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion |
1 tablespoon finely diced seeded tomato |
Directions:
1. Cut crusts from bread. Spoon cream cheese evenly over one side. 2. Slice into 4 equal squares. Spoon mushrooms on top of each and sprinkle with parmesan. 3. Place on a baking sheet and bake until bread is crisp and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. 4. Garnish with green onions and tomatoes. |
