6 (150 g) fish fillets |
3 teaspoons olive oil |
marinade |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
3 garlic cloves, crushed |
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinade fish fillets for 30 mins or more. 2. Remove fish from marinade. Heat oil in non-stick frypan and fry fish until cooked through. |
