Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) canola oil |
0.5 teaspoon(s) cayenne |
3 tablespoon(s) chopped garlic |
2 cup(s) cream |
1 tablespoon(s) fenugreeek leaves |
3/4 cup(s) grainy yellow mustard |
0.25 cup(s) lemon juice |
1 teaspoon(s) paprika |
4 pound(s) rack of lamb |
0.5 tablespoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) turmeric |
Directions:
1. lamb: combine wine mustard and slt and pepper in bowl. add lamb and coat will. marinade 2-4 hours 2. curry sauce: combine cream, salt paprika, cayenne,funugreek,and lemon juice. heat 3 tbsp oil in pot and saute garlic. add turmeric x 1 min. stir in cream and cook on low for 5 minutes, until gently boiling 3. cook lamb on stove or grill 2-3 minutes each side 4. poor cream sauce over lamb and serve |
