Make this and everyone will ask for the recipe. Simple, but very, very tasty. Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, minced |
1 medium yellow onion, diced |
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley |
1/4 cup minced fresh basil |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 lemon, juice of |
2 lbs peeled deveined shrimp |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and let stand for at least 4 hours. 2. Grill shrimp for 3 minutes on each side. |
