Marinated Grilled Chicken |

I adapted it a little for our tastes. This is so quick and easy, just 30 minutes for marinading and its ready for the grill. Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning |
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each) |
Directions:
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the vinegar, oil, lemon juice, garlic and lemon-pepper; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 30 minutes. 2. Drain and discard marinade. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 170°. |
