lovely mediterranean summer flavours Ingredients:
1/2 pound cracked black kalamata olives |
1/2 pound cracked large green olives |
2 large garlic cloves |
2 red hot chillis |
juice of 1/2 lemon |
1 cup finely chopped flat leaf parsley |
1 cup extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. finely chop garlic also finely chop chilis 2. place olive in a serving dish 3. mix chilies,garlic and lemon juice 4. sprinkle parsley and drizzle olive oil 5. mix well and referigerate for 30 minutes before serving 6. use crusty french bread or italian bread for dipping 7. drink with very chilled light white wine |
