Marinated Fresh Mushrooms

These are excellent and will keep in the refrigerator for 7-10 days.
Ingredients:
1 quart mushroom
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
salt & pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 clove garlic, crushed
chives or green onion, chopped
Directions:
1. Wash& dry mushrooms.
2. Cut large ones into quarters, leaving others whole.
3. Place in jar.
4. Pour marinade over top and seal.
5. Turn jar every so often.
6. Best served after 3 or 4 days.
