Marinated Flank Steak with Lime-Chipotle Glaze |

Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
2 drained canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce |
2 tablespoons adobo sauce (reserved from drained chiles) |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 garlic clove, peeled |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 (1-pound) flank steak, trimmed |

Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Pour into a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add steak. Seal and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours, turning bag occasionally. 2. Prepare grill. 3. Remove steak from bag, reserving marinade. Pour marinade into a 2-cup glass measure; microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until marinade boils, stirring every 30 seconds. 4. Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 7 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. |
