Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) dijon-style mustard |
1/4 cup(s) dry red wine or dry sherry |
1.5 pound(s) flank steak |
1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper |
2 clove(s) garlic |
2 tablespoon(s) grated fresh ginger |
1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin |
1/2 cup(s) light soy sauce |
3 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1/4 cup(s) orange juice |
2 tablespoon(s) tomato paste or ketchup |
Directions:
1. Place flank steak in a large self-sealing plastic bag set in a shallow dish. For marinade, combine soy sauce, the 1/4 cup orange juice, wine, mustard, oil, ginger, tomato paste, cumin, pepper, and garlic. Pour marinade over steak in bag. Seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or up to 8 hours. 2. Drain, discarding marinade. Grill steak on rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals until desired doneness |
