Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) dijon-style mustard
1/4 cup(s) dry red wine or dry sherry
1.5 pound(s) flank steak
1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper
2 clove(s) garlic
2 tablespoon(s) grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
1/2 cup(s) light soy sauce
3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1/4 cup(s) orange juice
2 tablespoon(s) tomato paste or ketchup
Directions:
1. Place flank steak in a large self-sealing plastic bag set in a shallow dish. For marinade, combine soy sauce, the 1/4 cup orange juice, wine, mustard, oil, ginger, tomato paste, cumin, pepper, and garlic. Pour marinade over steak in bag. Seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or up to 8 hours.
2. Drain, discarding marinade. Grill steak on rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals until desired doneness
