                    Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                500g fish fillets cubed  |  
                                                3 tablespoon(s) fish sauce  |  
                                                2 tablespoon(s) lemons  |  
                                                1 tablespoon(s) water  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon(s) red chilli powder  |  
                                                1/8 teaspoon(s) corrainder powder  |  
                                                1/8 teaspoon(s) ginger  |  
                                                1/8 tablespoon(s) black pepper  |  
                                                1 clove(s) garlic minced  |  
                                                1 cube(s) green pepper  |  
                                                1/2 piece(s) pineapple cubed  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. -Thaw fish, if frozen and cut into 1cm thick cubes. 2. -For marinade, stir all the liquids, spices and garlic together and pour over the fish. Cover and marinate for 15 minutes. 3. -Adjust the fish, pinneapple and green pepper in BBQ stick and drain. 4. -Place the kabobs in large flat pan, greased with olive oil and grill for 3 minutes, while turning the stick in between. 5. -Serve it with Fried mixed vegetable white rice OR can be eaten as sandwich with flat bread (Lebanese or Shami bread)                              |
