Marinated-Fish Kebabs

Ingredients:
500g fish fillets cubed
3 tablespoon(s) fish sauce
2 tablespoon(s) lemons
1 tablespoon(s) water
1/4 teaspoon(s) red chilli powder
1/8 teaspoon(s) corrainder powder
1/8 teaspoon(s) ginger
1/8 tablespoon(s) black pepper
1 clove(s) garlic minced
1 cube(s) green pepper
1/2 piece(s) pineapple cubed
Directions:
1. -Thaw fish, if frozen and cut into 1cm thick cubes.
2. -For marinade, stir all the liquids, spices and garlic together and pour over the fish. Cover and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. -Adjust the fish, pinneapple and green pepper in BBQ stick and drain.
4. -Place the kabobs in large flat pan, greased with olive oil and grill for 3 minutes, while turning the stick in between.
5. -Serve it with Fried mixed vegetable white rice OR can be eaten as sandwich with flat bread (Lebanese or Shami bread)
