Simple cucumber salad Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, sliced |
1 sliced onion, sliced |
1/3 cup cider vinegar |
1/3 cup water |
2 to 3 t. sugar |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine everything and let sit in your refrigerator until well chilled or overnight. Just remember the key is to let all the ingredients marry well by letting them sit for awhile. |
