These are great for your next cookout. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup pineapple juice |
1/4 cup salad oil |
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
Directions:
1. Combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, salad oil, brown sugar, dry mustard, ginger, garlic salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Marinate, refrigerated, for 24 hours. Grill over coals. |
