Ingredients:
1 cauliflower |
1 medium onion, chopped fine |
1/2 cup black olives, chopped fine |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 cup oil |
1 can anchovy, chopped fine |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Break cauliflower into pieces then steam until just tender. 2. Combine the remaining ingredients and toss with the warm cauliflower. 3. Let stand for 24 hours. |
