A delicious accompaniment to almost any meal Ingredients:
10 cups carrots, cooked |
4 onions |
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans tomato soup |
2 cups ketchup |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup vinegar |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 cup canola oil |
Directions:
1. Add cooked carrots to rest of ingredients. Pack into sterilized jars and process for 30-40 minutes. Can be eaten hot or cold. Double recipe makes 6 quarts. |
