A delicious accompaniment to almost any meal
Ingredients:
10 cups carrots, cooked
4 onions
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans tomato soup
2 cups ketchup
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup canola oil
Directions:
1. Add cooked carrots to rest of ingredients. Pack into sterilized jars and process for 30-40 minutes. Can be eaten hot or cold. Double recipe makes 6 quarts.
