6 medium carrots |
1 medium onion, cut in rings |
1 medium green pepper, cut in strips |
0.5 (10 ounce) can tomato soup |
1/4 cup white sugar |
1/2 cup salad oil |
1/3 cup vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut carrots into strips and cooked 8 minutes. 2. Whip tomato soup, sugar, salad oil, vinegar, dry mustard, salt and pepper. 3. Pour over vegetables and marinate overnight. |
