A family favorite. Ingredients:
6 bone-in chicken breast halves |
1/2 cup italian salad dressing |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/8 teaspoon onion powder |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Combine salad dressing and soy sauce. 2. Pour 3/4 cup into a resealable plastic bag and add chicken. 3. Seal the bag and turn to coat. 4. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. 5. Refrigerate remaining marinade for basting. 6. When ready to cook, drain chicken and discard marinade. 7. Place chicken, skin side up, on a rack in a roasting pan. 8. Sprinkle with onion and garlic powder. 9. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-60 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 170°, brushing with reserved marinade. |
