My mom Betty Day the best cook in our family gave me this recipe. It is simple, elegant and tasty. It is easy to make and very good. Ingredients:
16 ounces asparagus |
16 ounces italian dressing |
1/2 teaspoon accent seasoning |
16 cherry tomatoes |
4 tablespoons miracle whip or 4 tablespoons mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Wash Asparagus. 2. Steam Asparagus until done. About 8-10 minutes. 3. Cover and Marinate overnight in a non metallic dish. 4. Garnish with 4 cherry tomatoes (or Tomato quarters) for each serving. 5. 1 tablespoon Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise on each serving. |
