This is a raw food vegan recipe that I have not tried. Soaking times are not included. Serve with garlic bread sticks or over zucchini pasta.
Ingredients:
2 cups basil
2 red bell peppers
2 yellow bell peppers
2 tablespoons nama shoyu
1/2 cup oregano
3 carrots
2 pints cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
1 cup sun-dried tomato, soaked 2 hours and drained
1 sweet onion
4 dates, seeded,soaked 1 hour,and drained
2 teaspoons celtic sea salt
1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
Directions:
1. Pour all ingredients in blender and blend well.
2. Pour into a serving bowl and stir in olive oil.
