This is a raw food vegan recipe that I have not tried. Soaking times are not included. Serve with garlic bread sticks or over zucchini pasta. Ingredients:
2 cups basil |
2 red bell peppers |
2 yellow bell peppers |
2 tablespoons nama shoyu |
1/2 cup oregano |
3 carrots |
2 pints cherry tomatoes |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
3 cloves garlic |
1 cup sun-dried tomato, soaked 2 hours and drained |
1 sweet onion |
4 dates, seeded,soaked 1 hour,and drained |
2 teaspoons celtic sea salt |
1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin |
Directions:
1. Pour all ingredients in blender and blend well. 2. Pour into a serving bowl and stir in olive oil. |
