Simple summer sauce to season pasta like penne and spaghetti. Ingredients:
250 ml of tomato sauce |
36 clams |
minced parsley |
2 garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon of oregano |
1/2 dry onion |
white dry wine |
a pinch of sugar |
salt and pepper |
extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Open clams putting them in a covered pan. 2. Brown the onion in plentiful oil. Unite parsley, minced garlic and oregano. 3. Vanish with wine and then make evaporate half to high fire. 4. Add tomato sauce, a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper. 5. Join clams and use to season pasta. |
