The last of the eight marinades found in the Dallas Morning News. That's all folks! Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1 cup white wine |
2 tablespoons dried oregano |
4 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 red onion, sliced |
1 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1/2 cup fresh herb, chopped (your choice or a blend) |
Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts and marinade in a zip-lock freezer bag and refrigerate for 12 to 48 hours, turning occasionally to distribute marinade. |
